The Beginning 

I was planning a move from Mission Viejo to Florida at the end of February. When I was contacted by Rich at Best Quality Movers he related to me that they are good at estimating the amount of space required. He also stated that if my furnishings turned out to be larger than expected that I wouldn’t have to pay more. That sounded too good to be true and it was. I wanted the movers there on the 28th to pick-up my furniture and have it delivered on or about March 7th or 8th. I was informed by Rich that they go to Florida all the time and that there would be no problem with dates I have in mind.

He goes on to tell me that their company is listed with the BBB and that they only have one claim against them. He relates to me that moving is one of the most stressful times and that they would make sure that everything went smoothly.

Due to the fact that I was paying with credit cards I had to pay the full amount on or before moving day. No problem I can do that.

Well as you as you can imagine this was just the beginning of my terrible experience and ordeal hiring this company. Would I hire them again? Hell No!!! As I said this was just the beginning…. It does get worse.
