Time to Wait

So now I have to drive to Florida. On March first I left Mission Viejo. When I did, I called Best Quality Movers and spoke with Rich. He asked me when was the eairlest that they could be there? I told them the 5th of March would be fine. I was on my way and I could be there by then.

Well as I've explained before, they are not the most trustworthy company to deal with. So on my way to Florida, on March 2nd I call to find out about their progress. They hadn't left yet. Rich told me they loading my stuff now and it would be on it's way that day.

Believe it or not, I called the next day to see what's up. Rich tells me that it wasn't my load that went out the day before. He assures me that they would get to it today.

So call me pessimistic but I called the next day. Guess what, they still haven't loaded on a truck!! Rich tells me he's going to find out what was up and call me back. Well he didn't call back, I had to call him back. Unbeliveable!

My furniture didn't get loaded until about March 7th or 8th! The day it was supposed to be in Florida! Totally f'd up. Keep in mind, it only took me 4 days to drive to Florida.

So now that I'm here, I have no furniture, no clothes, no cookware. Nothing that I would need in order to live in any semblence of a normal "life". I had to sleep on the floor for over three weeks! It took them 23days! 23 F'n days!

If you want a company that drags their feet and lies then hire them. Remember it only took me 4 days to drive here myself not 23.
